Directions:

1. Fill out the above form.
2. Click generate.
3. Save the generated file someplace where you can easily find it.
4. Double-click the file as if it were a program.
5. If prompted, accept any security prompts that appear — unless the prompt
   is from an anti-virus program, which should never be ignored.

The new file associations will take effect after your next restart. The new InstallPath will take effect immediately.
